Overview
A live fleet tracking and route optimization dashboard for a logistics operator managing a large vehicle fleet across multiple time zones.
The Challenge
Dispatchers were using a patchwork of phone calls, spreadsheets, and a decade-old routing tool. Real-time visibility was essentially nonexistent.
Our Solution
We built a map-driven dashboard with live GPS feeds, automated route optimization, and a driver mobile app. Dispatchers now see the full fleet at a glance with color-coded status and ETA deviation alerts.
