A patient management platform for private clinics. Appointment scheduling, records integration, and a patient portal — designed for clinic staff who need speed above all else.
The Challenge
Clinic coordinators were managing appointments across three disconnected tools. The fragmentation caused scheduling errors and consumed a significant part of every working day in reconciliation.
Our Solution
We consolidated the workflow into a single interface: a drag-and-drop calendar with real-time conflict detection, automated patient reminders, and a read-optimized records view.
