Consent to Personal Data Processing

This English text is a courtesy translation. The Russian version is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.

I, a visitor of yzzyweb.com, by submitting the contact form and ticking the box “I give my consent to the processing of personal data”, freely, of my own will and in my own interest give YZZYWEB LLC (ООО «ИЗЗИВЭБ», OGRN 1267800068216, INN 7805831868, registered at 8 Marshala Govorova St., lit. A, Saint Petersburg, 198188, Russia; the “Operator”) my consent to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

• name — to the extent I entered it in the “Name” field;
• e-mail address;
• company or project name, if I provided one;
• information I included in the message text, and the selected service and budget;
• technical data recorded when the form is submitted: IP address and browser details.

• reviewing and replying to my enquiry;
• discussing possible cooperation and preparing a proposal;
• concluding and performing a contract, if we agree on one;
• correspondence on these matters.

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (correction, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons listed below, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing may be carried out with or without automation tools.

Persons processing data on the Operator’s instructions: Beget LLC (hosting and e-mail delivery, servers in the Russian Federation) and Yandex LLC (the Yandex SmartCaptcha service protecting the form from bots). No cross-border transfer of data takes place.

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. If no contract is concluded, the data is kept for no longer than one year from the last contact and is then destroyed.

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to hello@yzzyweb.com with the subject “Consent withdrawal” from the address I entered in the form. The Operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy and am aware of my rights as a data subject under Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, and that the data I provided is accurate and relates to me.
