Terms of Use

This English text is a courtesy translation. The Russian version is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.

These Terms govern the relationship between YZZYWEB LLC (ООО «ИЗЗИВЭБ», OGRN 1267800068216, INN 7805831868; the “Administration”) and any person using the website yzzyweb.com (the “Site” and the “User”).

By using the Site — opening its pages, following links, submitting forms — the User accepts these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any of them, please stop using the Site.

The Site is an information resource about the YzzyWeb studio: its services, way of working and completed projects. It lets you contact the Administration through the contact form, e-mail and messenger.

The information on the Site — service descriptions, indicative timelines and prices, budget ranges, work examples — is provided for information only and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The terms, price and timeline of a specific project are set out in a separate contract.

The texts, design, the YzzyWeb logo and name, program code, images and other materials of the Site belong to the Administration or are used with the permission of their rights holders and are protected by intellectual property law.

Materials of completed projects are published with the clients’ consent; the rights to their trademarks, trade names and products belong to the respective clients.

Copying, reproducing, adapting or distributing the Site’s materials without the Administration’s written permission is not allowed. Quotation is permitted to the extent justified by its purpose, with attribution and a link to the Site (Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

The User undertakes:

• not to take actions aimed at disrupting the Site or gaining unauthorised access to it;
• not to send spam, malicious code, information whose distribution is prohibited by law, or third parties’ data without their consent through the Site’s forms;
• not to collect the Site’s materials and data by automated means without the Administration’s permission;
• to provide accurate information in the forms.

The Administration may restrict access to the Site or leave unanswered any enquiries that violate these rules.

Personal data that the User submits through the Site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Consent to processing is given separately when submitting the form; its text is published on the Consent to Personal Data Processing page.

The Site contains links to clients’ websites, the Telegram messenger and Yandex services. The Administration does not control these resources and is not responsible for their content, availability or data processing rules. By following a link, the User acts at their own risk.

The Site is provided “as is”. The Administration strives for accuracy and uninterrupted operation of the Site but does not guarantee the absence of errors, inaccuracies or interruptions in access.

The Administration is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site and the information published on it, except where such liability is expressly provided for by law.

The Administration may amend these Terms unilaterally. A new version is published on this page with its date and takes effect upon publication unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. A claim may be sent to hello@yzzyweb.com or by post to the Administration’s address; the response period is 30 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the Administration’s location, unless the law provides for different jurisdiction.
