Privacy Policy

This English text is a courtesy translation. The Russian version is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.

This Policy describes how YZZYWEB LLC (ООО «ИЗЗИВЭБ», OGRN 1267800068216, INN 7805831868, registered at 8 Marshala Govorova St., lit. A, Saint Petersburg, 198188, Russia; the “Operator”) processes and protects the personal data of visitors to yzzyweb.com (the “Site”).

The Policy is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and is published in accordance with Article 18.1(2) of that law.

By using the Site and submitting data through its forms you confirm that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not send us your personal data.

The Policy remains in effect until replaced by a new version. The current version is always available on this page.

The Operator processes only the data needed to reply to you and discuss a project:

• data from the contact form: name, e-mail address, company or project name (optional), message text, and the selected service and budget;
• data you share in e-mail or Telegram correspondence;
• technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, browser and device details, date and time of the request, and the page requested. This data is written to web server logs and is used for security purposes;
• cookies and browser local storage — see “Cookies and local storage”.

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, ethnicity, etc.) or biometric data, and asks you not to send such data through the Site.

We process personal data in order to:

• reply to your enquiry, discuss the task and prepare a proposal — on the basis of your consent and in order to enter into a contract at your initiative (Article 6(1), items 1 and 5 of Law 152-FZ);
• conclude and perform a contract if we agree to work together — on the basis of that contract;
• keep the Site running and secure and tell people from automated requests — in the Operator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1), item 7 of Law 152-FZ);
• fulfil obligations imposed by law: keep accounting records and respond to requests from public authorities.

Data is processed only to the extent necessary for these purposes. The Operator does not make decisions with legal consequences for you based solely on automated processing. We do not send newsletters unless you explicitly ask for them.

By submitting a form on the Site you consent to the processing of your personal data by ticking a separate box next to the submit button. The consent text is published as a separate document: Consent to Personal Data Processing.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@yzzyweb.com with the subject “Consent withdrawal”. The Operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, unless retention is required by law or for performing a contract already concluded.

The Operator does not sell personal data and does not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

To run the Site, the Operator uses technical service providers who act on its instructions and may not use the data otherwise:

• Beget LLC (ООО «Бегет») — hosting of the Site’s servers and e-mail delivery. The servers are located in the Russian Federation;
• Yandex LLC (ООО «Яндекс») — the Yandex SmartCaptcha service that protects the form from automated submissions. It processes the IP address, browser details and behavioural signals under Yandex’s privacy policy.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities upon their lawful and reasoned request.

No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place: the databases are stored on servers in the Russian Federation. If you message us on Telegram, you are using a third-party service with its own data processing rules.

• Form and correspondence data: for as long as the project is being discussed. If no contract is concluded — no longer than one year from the last contact.
• Data under concluded contracts: for the term of the contract and five years after it ends, as required by Russian accounting and archiving legislation.
• Web server logs: no longer than 30 days.

Once the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the data is destroyed within 30 days unless the law sets a different retention period.

The Site keeps a minimum of data in your browser, all of it strictly necessary:

• the “lang” cookie — the site language you chose, stored for one year;
• the “yzzy-theme” entry in local storage — the colour theme you chose;
• the “yzzy-cookies” entry in local storage — a flag that you have seen the cookie notice.

This data cannot identify you and is not shared with anyone. On the Contact page, Yandex SmartCaptcha is loaded and may set its own cookies to distinguish humans from bots.

No web analytics counters are installed on the Site. If they are added, this Policy will be updated and the Site will ask for your consent before enabling them.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The Site will keep working but will stop remembering your language and theme.

Under Articles 14, 20 and 21 of Law 152-FZ you have the right to:

• learn which of your data is processed, why, how, and with whom it is shared;
• demand that data be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or obtained unlawfully;
• withdraw your consent;
• appeal the Operator’s actions or inaction to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or a court.

Send requests to hello@yzzyweb.com or by post to the Operator’s address. So that we can verify the request comes from you, write from the e-mail address you entered in the form. We reply within 10 business days of receiving a request.

The Operator takes the legal, organisational and technical measures required by Articles 18.1 and 19 of Law 152-FZ:

• the connection to the Site is protected by HTTPS;
• data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation and is accessible only to the staff who need it to reply to you;
• the form is protected against automated submission and by request rate limiting;
• a person responsible for organising personal data processing has been appointed, and access rules and procedures for handling data subject requests and incidents are in place.

The Operator may amend this Policy. A new version is published on this page with its date and takes effect upon publication unless stated otherwise. By continuing to use the Site after publication you confirm that you have read the new version.
